Thunder GM Sam Presti has lost three top assistants to NBA GM jobs over the years and he may be about to lose another one. Troy Weaver has interviewed for the open GM job with the Washington Wizards. We'll get into the details on that and we'll also hear why Presti says the Thunder's most likely path toward improving the team is for players currently on the roster to get better.
