OG&E Issues Statement After Nearly 3,000 Oklahomans Remain Without Power

OG&E has issued a statement after storms this morning have left many without power. Read the full statement below:

"SERVICE UPDATE as of 4:30 PM, June 10, 2022: As a result of severe weather this morning, which included lightning and pockets of strong wind, nearly 3,000 customers remain without power around our service area. We anticipate having power restored to the majority of customers who can receive power tonight. Remaining outages, mainly east of the Oklahoma City area, may extend into tomorrow, but restoration is expected to occur by Saturday night.
