OKC Local Sports for Thursday

Lots to get to in Morning Sports...the Thunder bounce back from that loss in Memphis on Monday to beat Indiana last night. We hear from Billy Donovan, Terrance Ferguson and Jerami Grant. Also new Sooners QB Jalen Hurts talks to reporters and OSU head coach Mike Gundy talks about the QB battle in Stillwater between Dru Brown and Spencer Sanders. And it's OPENING DAY for Major League Baseball!

Some nice ball movement here from the Thunder to get the rock to a wide open Jerami Grant.

After the game Grant gave Russell Westbrook most of the credit for getting him the ball in great positions to score.

Paul George had 31 points last night and got banged around again. He was in the lockerroom with ice on his shoulder and tape on an ankle. Some good stuff from PG here from Travis Singleton (@SneakerReporter)

Now let's see if the Thunder can keep it up. The Denver Nuggets are in here tomorrow night. OKC remains 7th in the West...one game back of Utah and the Clippers for 5th and one game ahead of the Spurs.

Spring football practices resuming in Stillwater and Norman. OSU head coach Mike Gundy with an update on how things have gone so far.

And today is one of the great days in all of Sports...OPENING DAY for Major League Baseball. All 30 teams (barring weather issues) will be playing today. Here's the schedule for teams of interest right around the Oklahoma City area...the LA Dodgers, parent team of the OKC Dodgers, hosting Arizona at 3...on ESPN...The Rangers hosting the Cubs in the final season for Globe Life Park at 3 on Fox Sports Oklahoma...The Cardinals in Milwaukee for a 1 o'clock game against the Brewers...the Royals host the White Sox at 3:15 and the Astros are on the road playing Tampa Bay at 3.
