Thunder coach Billy Donovan has been in Europe the last several days. He was in Athens, Greece, over the weekend meeting with new forward Danilo Gallinari. Gallo is there with the Italian National team for a tournament leading up to the FIBA World Cup. Gallinari hasn't played since appendix surgery a couple weeks ago. Before Greece Billy D was in Germany meeting with Dennis Schroder. Schroder is playing with the German national team and over the weekend he had 33pts, 9asts and 5 rebs in a win against Poland.
Donovan talked briefly with a reporter for EuroHoops.net saying he also had a chance to visit with a couple of his former Florida Gators players. Nick Calathes is playing with the Greek national team and Scottie Wilbekin with Turkey's national team.
