The Oklahoma Sooners open Big 12 play on Saturday hosting Texas Tech while the OSU Cowboys will host Kansas State. Today in morning sports we hear from OU quarterback Jalen Hurts who says he will keep on ignoring all those complimentary stories about how well the Sooners are playing. He calls it "rat poison." Lincoln Riley talks about Trejan Bridges and if a position change might be in the works.

We also hear from Mike Gundy talking about what sank his Cowboys at Texas last Saturday and that exchange between Gundy and a reporter from Texas about Boone Pickens and Gundy's hair. You'll wanna hear that. And the Miami Heat are still interested in Chris Paul, especially if they can convince the Thunder to give up at least one first round pick and convince CP3 to give up the last year of his big contract.

Looks like Bill self and the Kansas Jayhawks could be in big trouble. The NCAA says it's investing Level 1 violations by KU and Self, both the coach and the university are strongly denying those claims. All the and more in today's OKC Morning Sports.

Down below you will also find links to video of both Mike Gundy's and Lincoln Riley's Monday News Conferences.
