Thunder Host Lillard, Blazers Tonight

Damian Lillard and the Portland Trail Blazers are back in Oklahoma City for the first time since knocking the Thunder out of the playoffs last spring.

That loss in Game 5 when Lillard hit a 37-foot buzzer beater not only ended the Thunder's season but also played a role in Paul George deciding to leave OKC for the LA Clippers which in turn set the stage for Russell Westbrook's trade to Houston.

The Blazers are 2-2 and coming off a 113-110 loss to the Spurs in San Antonio. Lillard is averaging 31 points on 46% shooting so far this season.

The Thunder are playing better than their 1-3 record would indicate as they deal with the NBA's most difficult schedule through the first six weeks of the season.

No word as the day begins on whether Steven Adams will be available tonight. He left Monday's game against the Rockets with a bruised knee. He told reporters after the game he was fine but since the Thunder did not practice yesterday there's been no official update on his chances of playing tonight. If Adams can't go backup Nerlens Noel, who scored 15 points on 5-for-6 shooting against the Rockets. would likely start.

More on tonight's game in today's Thunder Game Report....
