Steven Adams has struggled mightily with free throws this season and nagging injuries have impacted other parts of his game but Adams looked a lot more like his old self last evening scoring 17 points, grabbing 10 rebounds and hitting five of his six free throw attempts. All five of the makes came down the stretch, with OKC using a 12-0 run to beat the Pelicans in New Orleans 107-104.
The win was the second straight over the Pelicans, OKC having beaten the Pels at The Peake on Friday night, and now the Thunder are just a half-game out of the playoff picture.
