Colin Cowherd Ranks the NFL's Top 10 Teams Following Free Agency

Watch Colin Cowherd of FS1's The Herd count down his rankings of the NFL's top 10 teams following free agency in Colin's first 'Herd Hierarchy' rankings of the off-season.

10. Minnesota Vikings (7-10)

“I’m calling my shot. Just go look at their coach and their offensive weapons. Number one receiver, number two receiver, tight end, running back, left tackle, o-line top 12... I think Kevin O’Connell is the best coach in the league that nobody talks about. They bolstered their pass rush with the savings from not signing Kirk Cousins.”

9. Los Angeles Rams (10-7)

“If Aaron Donald is coming back I probably have them at five or six because I love their young players. They did bolster their interior o-line, and they bolstered their back-end defense. Stafford and McVay is the second-best coach/QB combo in the league.”

8. Buffalo Bills (11-6)

“Too many losses for me. White the cornerback, Leonard Floyd, Gabe Davis, Mitch Morse, and leaders on the backend defensively. Josh Allen will guarantee you win games, but I think Buffalo hit their ceiling and the window to beat Kansas City may have closed.”

7. Cleveland Browns (11-6)

“They could maybe win a weaker division, but I just don’t think they’ll be as good as Baltimore. Because I don’t know what Joe Burrow is going to look like I’m going to put them in at number seven. They added Jerry Jeudy, and I love Stefanski.”

6. Baltimore Ravens (13-4)

“A slight pull-back. They’ve lost multiple offensive linemen, and Patrick Queen the linebacker. They got Derrick Henry, but after that playoff performance and these losses, I don’t know how great they are.”

5. Philadelphia Eagles (11-6)

“I love the Saquon Barkley move. I think he’s the first or second back in the league to Christian McCaffrey. They lost Jason Kelce, but they have two star receivers, always good at tight end, always a star running back, they have two new coordinators, and I like Jalen Hurts to rebound.”

4. Green Bay Packers (9-8)

“I love their young talent and I think they’re really special. They have 11 picks, the most picks in the entire Draft, and they don’t miss on their top picks.”

3. Detroit Lions (12-5)

“They’re not as good as Detroit because Detroit’s best players are older than Green Bay’s. They’re more established. They addressed their weakness in free agency and went and got a corner in Carlton Davis who I’ve liked for a long time.”

2. San Francisco 49ers (12-5)

“San Francisco’s roster is still really, really good. I like the GM, like the coach, and like the roster. It’s getting old, and I think it’s arguable that they have peaked and they’re going to have a strong draft.”

1. Kansas City Chiefs (11-6)

“When the NFL gave everybody another $30 million, I thought the winner was the Chiefs because they didn’t have to move off two of their best defensive players. They have a way of making wide receiver eventually work in the postseason.
